Members accessing x9gaming from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk.
4.1 Members are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on your x9gaming account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, and x9gaming accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that your credentials have been disclosed to a third party, you must notify x9gaming immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
4.3 x9gaming reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its absolute discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour, or where a member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 All transactions on x9gaming are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method.
5.2 x9gaming accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and GrabPay. Available methods are subject to change; current available methods are displayed in the platform cashier.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or payment instruments that have been used to make a deposit and that are registered in the same name as the x9gaming account holder. x9gaming reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 x9gaming will not process any withdrawal until the member's KYC verification is fully completed. x9gaming is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 x9gaming does not accept deposits from third parties and will return any funds identified as originating from a third-party source. In cases of suspected money laundering, x9gaming will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations, including filing reports with the relevant authorities.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 x9gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, x9gaming will honour bonus credits already credited to accounts at the time of cancellation, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, the systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to clear wagering requirements, or collusion between members — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.
7.1 Each gaming product available on x9gaming — including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and lottery — is governed by the specific rules of that game or product category. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, x9gaming reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. x9gaming will not be liable for any loss of profit, opportunity, or expectation of winnings arising from such voids.
7.3 All game outcomes on x9gaming are determined by certified random number generators (for applicable digital games) or by live dealer results (for live casino products). x9gaming does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any manner.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the respective game interface. x9gaming reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x9gaming and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x9gaming's aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of x9gaming services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
10.2 x9gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if x9gaming has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
10.3 x9gaming does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. x9gaming will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

13.2 Upon account termination for cause, x9gaming reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including any bonus credits and real-money funds associated with prohibited conduct. Where funds are forfeited due to fraud or money laundering, x9gaming will comply with its legal obligations regarding reporting and asset freezing.
13.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their x9gaming account must contact support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to standard withdrawal verification.
14.1 x9gaming reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on this page. Material amendments will be communicated to members via email to their registered address. Continued use of x9gaming following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance.
